Q: What is your availbility

A: My set schedule is on saturday and sunday from 9am - 11pm, If you would like to book during the week please contact me directly via instagram

Q: Do you provide the hair?

A: Yes! I like to have the hair prepared in advanced for your appoinment. You do have the option to bring your own hair if you have any allergies or would like a specific brand of hair

Q: Can I bring my own braiding hair?

A: Yes, just message me directly on Instagram @myhomegirldidmybraidz_

Q: Where are you located?

A: on the east side of Orlando near the airport

​

Q: Do you travel?

A: Yes, I do depending on the client and location. travel fees will apply. Contact me directly to book

Q: How much do you charge to travel?

A: (Orlando) +$40 (Kissimmee) $+60 (Sanford) +$60. Rates for anywhere else will vary

Q: Do I have to straighten my hair?

A: straightening is not required BUT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Q: Can I oil my scalp prior to the appointment?

A: No, your hair should be product free upon arrival

​

Q: Do you service soft locs/butterfly locs/ faux locs?

A: No, as of now, I only service knotless braids & boho knotless braids

​

Q: What Do I do if I do not like my hair?

A: Please inform braider during appointment. Once the appointment is over no adjustments will made. 

​

Q: Do you service men?

A: No, at the moment I do not

​

Q: Do you service children?

A: As of now, I only service minors 15years & up w/ parental consent

​

:What kind of hair type do you service?

A: I Service all hair types with the exception of clients with any type of extreme hair loss/conditions or show signs of being extremely tender headed.

Q: Can I cancel my appointment?

A: Once the deposit has been received appointments can be RESCHEDULED for a different date. NO REFUND FOR DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED

Q: How can I cancel my appointment?

A: Reach out to braider via Instagram/email at least 24 hours in advance.

​

Q: Can I be refunded if I no longer want my appointment?

A: No, once the deposit has been received, no refund will be provided, only rescheduling.

​

Q: Can I bring someone to my appointment?

A: No the only person permitted is the client and the CLIENT ONLY -- no kids, guest, etc
